This John Smith Racing 3d Printed ABS Plastic 1 DIN Angled Three Gauge Plate is designed to c
over the area of the 94-00 Mustang one DIN cassette, stereo, radio, or CD player on any 94-00 Mustang GT, Cobra, or V6 Model
and will use any 2 1/16 inch or 52mm gauge.
You do not have to modify the factory center dash piece to accept these plates. This kit comes with fasteners and installation instructions.  Removing the A/C, Heater Core, and stereo equipment can easily remove over 100 lbs from the vehicle.  This kit comes with one 4mm (1/8 inch) thick 3D printed ABS plastic plate and new fasteners.
Note: This listing is for the vent gauge plate only and does not include the gauges pictured!  Slight sanding of inner surface may be
necessary
depending on the gauge manufacturer.
These plates can be printed in nearly any configuration.  We can print them with only the four corner holes, with holes for toggle switches, gauges, or with logos or names.  Please contact us for custom plate designs.
For those looking to drop every pound possible in the name of speed, each plate (with 4 fasteners) weighs about 2 oz.
Please note: This product is 3D printed and will have small print lines.  These lines can be sanded and polished out with fine sand paper and/or acetone vapor bath.
About 3D Printed ABS: ABS is a durable hard plastic that can withstand temperatures greater than 250 degrees Fahrenheit.  We have tested our 3D printed ABS in direct sun and higher than 195 degrees without any incident.  These can be customized with emblems, letters, or nearly any design.  Please contact us for custom prints.
Caution: Be advised of other 3D prints with PLA.  Our initial testing with PLA did not work with interior heat of a vehicle, it would deform at temperatures around 125 degrees Fahrenheit.  That is why all our prints are done with ABS plastic that withstands temperatures well above 250 degrees.
