Artist original one of a kind by Diane Keeler.  Excellent condition, second owner but has been kept in curio cabinet since purchased.  Very colorful jacket with black pants.  Black shoes.  Human hair.  Attached to wooden stand by metal tubes in
her feet.  Fan looks to be hand painted.  She is very nicely done.
